Gather
10 or more friends and family or your
neighbors and give me a call.

All we need to do is determine a location and
time then we are set to go.
Group Training is a great way to get in shape.  Your group
will undergo a fantastic workout in which you will warm
up, stretch, work the core, strength train in a circuit, maybe
do some cardio based exercises, cool down and stretch again.

This is a great way to have fun while you train and get in
shape. You will get the motivation and support from your
group as well as challenge your body and your friends.
