How your program works...

After receiving an evaluation,  a program
will be constructed which consists of
flexibility training, strengthening of the
core, posture and stability muscles, and a
cardiovascular program.

Since most weight machines restrict
your bodies natural movement, you will
use stability balls, medicine balls, your
body weight, free weights, resistance
bands and other exercise tools which will
cause your body to use more muscles and
burn more calories  during your session.  
During your session you will also do
exercises that mimic everyday activities
and will cause you to move you body in
every direction it is meant to move

The program designed for you will build a
solid strength foundation and improve its
alignment.  This will cause your body to
functionally perform at its optimal level
to gain strength and endurance, correct
your posture, strengthen your core, correct
movement patterns, build solid/lean
muscle, lose fat, feel great and so much
more.  This program can also help decrease
knee, back, shoulder, or any joint pain so
you can do the activities you want, have
the energy you want, and get results you
want safe, fast and efficient.
